Hello, and thanks for stopping by!!!

I am writing this from my studio on a sunny afternoon where I am happy to announce the release of my 3rd solo cd, PAINTING A DREAM. It is available with my other CDs on iTUNES, Amazon.com, and my here on my music page!!

I was fortunate enough to have some great musicians join me in making this record. Ryan Newell from Sister Hazel played some amazing guitar, Michael Ghegan played some insane sax and a bunch of great keyboards, Matt "chew" Calvarese laid down a great drum track, Doug Derryberry played a beautiful electric piano part , and Chardy McEwan put his beautiful and inventive percussion on 6 of the 11 songs.....Even Chris Williams was able to add to this record. For those of you who don't know Chris passed away in 2006, but i had some of his drum parts from past sessions that we had done together and I was able to use them in a few songs as well. I am very proud to have worked with such great musicians and friends on this record and I hope you take the time to check it out.

< h1>I just updated this site with a bunch of new videos, pics, and interactive guitar madness....If you have ever wondered what different guitars sound like, go to my GEAR page and click on any guitar and hear what it sounds like! In the coming months I will be adding more solo shows, Keith Kane shows, Boys Gone Wild Shows, Pat Mcgee shows and whatever else I can get myself into, so check back often!

I have received a TON of emails about Pat Mcgee Band turning into Pat Mcgee and why the band hasn't been at shows. Well, let me just say, when Pat DOES do full Band gigs and my schedule allows, I will be there.

Though I've had some time off from touring I NEVER really take time off, many of you understand that yourselves....and, in the last 5 months I have been able to finish PAINTING A DREA M, do a ton of sessions for other people including playing guitar on a remix for James Otto's # 1 hit "Just Got Started Loivin' You", worked on a set of new solo guitar pieces, played some solo gigs, Keith Kane/Brian Fechino gigs, sat in with The Kin on some shows, AND I have started a new record with a slew of guest vocalists. After 3 solo instrumental records I felt it was time for some vocals. I'm VERY excited about this new project and I hope to have it done by the fall.....oh, and I have enjoyed training my dog, working on my house, learning to cook new foods, and spending time with my family and friends....these are things you don't get much time for when you're on the road all time!

I am working on getting some shows together to support PAINTING A DREAM . Some of these shows will be with just Chardy McEwan and myself, others will be with a full band.....The first gig we were able to do was on the Lynyrd Skynyrd SIMPLEMAN cruise. It went great, and the response was fantastic . There is video of some of the songs on my video page . I was joined by Chardy McEwan, Patrick Thronton, and Matt Calvarese....with Francisco Vidal and Jason Spiewak sitting in for a few songs. I felt lucky to be able to play on the same bill as Lynyrd Skynyrd, 38 special, Molly Hatchet, Marshall Tucker and more.

Lastly I wanted to thank all of you for your support over the years. The people I have met on the road have been AMAZING and without them I wouldn't be able to do what I do. I am lucky to have the ability to play for, hang with and get to know a large number of fans and friends. I hope to see you while i'm out doing all these musical adventures. Please check out PAINTING A DREAM, this new web site, and a live show if i am in your area.

all my best,

- Brian
